The pattern the lights follow looks very much like patterns when people walk through an area with a flashlight. I couldn't say for sure without seeing the area but that is what it looks like to me. There is one video of an "orb" that really intrigues me though. It's free floating and not on a wall so it's probably not a flashlight reflection. It may be dust or something reflecting light but I would have to know more about what light sources were used in the video.
