Getting Started

The first step is the hardest. Although paranormal occurrences are actually quite common, it is normal to feel hesitant, anxious or even scared to talk about your experiences with anyone outside of your family or close friends. The decision to have St. Louis Ghost Hunters investigate your home or business is a personal decision which is best made by you and those most closely impacted by the activity.

Initial Contact

The first step is to contact us using the form on this site or our email address. We check our email daily and typically respond within 24 hours. We begin with email for several reasons. Email allows you to contact us at your convenience without the pressure of sharing too much personal information. It also allows us the opportunity to get to know the nature of your concerns so that we can consider the severity and urgency of your case ahead of time. We don’t want to give out our personal contact information to someone who isn’t sincere.

Phone Interviews

After we’ve had an opportunity to review your situation, we’ll  follow up with you on the phone. At this point, we’ll share our contact information and ask for a phone number. We won’t share your personal information with anyone outside of our group without your knowledge and permission and we ask that you commit to the same with ours! Every case is different but we typically recommend that our potential clients have in-depth conversations with at least two of STLGH’s founders. These “interviews” help us collect critical information and background information for the case while helping you to get to know us more personally.

Setting a Date

Setting up an investigation is a mutual decision between you and the founders of STLGH. We want you to feel comfortable and safe inviting us to investigate your home or business and likewise, we need to feel comfortable and safe bringing our team to your location. Although most investigations are planned well in advance, STLGH is equipped to handle urgent cases with little notice.

Homework

  • Start a journal to document the details of your experiences. Your journal will be useful to you and STLGH.
  • Keep us updated. Please email or call if you experience any significant changes in activity or have any questions or concerns.
